Hello, i am Saro Ganeshapillai international board certified lactation Consultant and a Paediatric Registered Nurse. I have been working with mothers and babies for over 25 years. As a lactation consultant,I have been working in Postpartum,Neonatal Intensive Care Unit,Labor and Delivery, Breastfeeding Clinic, Paediatric Clinic, Community Centres providing prenatal education and postnatal breastfeeding assistance.

It can sometimes be a very challenging and anxious time for mothers and families. Getting a breastfeeding in a good start, many times all you needed is a few changes in your approach and lots of encouragement. Other times all you need is a professional lactation consultant help to establish breastfeeding to meet your breastfeeding goals.
